8 months

Look who's 8 months old.

Family Reunion

Every year the Kanooth's get together for a family reunion.  This year everyone went but Lairen (sad).  We had a BLAST.  It was a very relaxing time with lots of good food, swimming and runs.  The twins had so much fun playing with their cousins.   Savannah wanted to be just like Lauren.  Micah loved wresting with the boys.  Eli loved his new cousin Harper.  And the adults all stayed up way to late each night.  Thanks Tom & Jeannie for the wonderful trip.

the only red headed cousins

My favorite part of the whole trip was the sand dunes.  It was a blast hiking, running, sledding, and playing on these dunes.

We also had a chance to visit with Great-Grandma Martin.  She was so sweet and loved meeting little Eli.

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July.  It is one of my favorite holidays, but this year it wasn't much of a holiday.  We drove to Clarkston and arrived late afternoon to meet our Landlord.  The next morning the moving truck arrived and we spent the entire day and night unpacking, organizing, and cleaning. The next day we headed to the Oregon Coast for a family vacation.

Flying

2 little kids had so much fun flying to Washington.

Spokane trip

While our little apartment was on a truck and driving it's way it Clarkston, we were in Spokane with my family.  It was a carefree 12 days of pure relaxation and fun.  Both my parents are great host and made our stay feel like a vacation.  My sister Lori also drove up to Spokane to spend some time with us.  Savannah was so in love with "her cousins".  She tried to imitate them and became their little showed.  While we were in Spokane we did  A LOT.  We rock-climbed 3 times (much needed), went camping at Riverside State Park (first time ever for my twins), kayaked, BBQ, swam, played, and I painted a picture with my Dad.  It was a wonderful 12 days.  I am so excited that I will now be living only 2 hours from my parents.
