March

March marches on and continues to be full of fun.  Not only did we celebrate St. Patrick's Day in
March but Easter too.  So our month was full of making crafts and decorating our home.  Both holidays were filled with joy.  We didn't catch the leprechaun this year but we did catch his green scarf and glasses.  He left both kids a note and told them better luck next year.  For Easter we got to spend it in Spokane with Grandma and Grandpa Maughan.   Before we headed to Spokane, we went to two Easter Egg hunts here in the valley.  I loved how they sang Jesus songs before the big hunt began, "We love we love... Jesus."  This town is getting more awesome every day.
While in Spokane, Grandma had her Easter Box out, and the kids had a lot of fun playing with MORE decorations.  And the Easter Bunny hid 2 golden eggs this year.  It also snowed the day after Easter.  Savannah, Eli and I went out and made Frosty the Snowman. I love that Grandma still had Uncle Mathew's old snowcoat size 3 T.  We then left all 3 children in Spokane while Leif and I headed for a week vacation/conference in Orlando, FL.

Leif had a conference in Orlando and I got to accompany him.  We stayed in The Renaissance Hotel, (a hotel we would never normally stay at) with an amazing pool, work out gym, and arboretum.  It was strange being back in Florida and even stranger being kid-free!  We got into Orlando on a Monday night.  Tuesday morning, we drove to Largo and visited our old stomping grounds. It was so weird going back to our old apartment, and seeing that noting had changed.  We swam in the Waterchase pool, played at Indian Rocks Beach, ate Chick F' Let, visited Largo Medical Center and saw our old friends.  We sure have some wonderful memories from living in Florida.  But it's the friends that I will forever miss.
The rest of the week was spent in and around our hotel in Orlando.  When Leif was in conference, I got to relax by the pool or explore.  Each night we went out for dinner, swam, and relaxed in our room.  It was a very relaxing trip.  But one much needed before baby #4 comes.
